The Mississippi State and School Employees’ Health Insurance Plan (Plan) is pleased to offer Motivating Mississippi – Keys to Living Healthy, a new wellness and health promotion program designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle.  The Plan has contracted with APS Healthcare to provide wellness and health promotion services, including a Health Risk Assessment (HRA).  This program is available at no cost to all Plan participants, age 18 or older. Complete the HRA at least one day before you have your annual wellness exam and you will receive a $50 enhancement to your wellness benefits.That means you will have a total wellness benefit of $300!  Remember, you must use AHS State Network providers to receive wellness benefits.

Completing the HRA will open the door to a wide variety of wellness and health promotion services including personalized wellness coaching, educational materials, and lifestyle behavior change programs that address smoking cessation, nutrition, weight management, and stress management.  This will provide you with access to information, personal support services and tools to help you lead a healthier, happier and more productive life.
